SKY subscription advice needed - moving house
3 Answers
Hi everyone, your sage advice is needed. We're moving house shortly. The house we're moving into has a Sky dish, but it's not Sky + enabled.
We actually have a new Sky + dish that we didn't need when we moved into the house we're in at the moment,
What's the cheapest way of transferring our Sky subscription, or will it be cheaper to cancel our subs and start again at the new place as we're not really in a position to change the dish over ourselves?
Someone told me there's a cheap deal on Sky + installation, but I'm not sure that the deal is available to existing Sky + customers who are simply moving house.
Anything we can save money on at this time would be great. Thanks very much in advance.

The problem is I've heard that they charge existing customers much more to relocate their Sky package than they do people taking out a totally new one. I was just hoping to find the best and cheapest way of sorting this out in my mind before I contact Sky. I just wondered if anyone else had had a similar situation occur and could offer some advice.
