When connecting a new gas cooker,do they still use the bayonet type connectors.

The thing is Cookers are no longer supplied with the correct fittings to install them as it is illegal for non gas safe registered persons to install it. We install and then test the appliance, then we have to register it. So you get you're buliding regulations certificate through to prove it has been installed to current regulations.
