I'm considering buying a tecnik range cooker. Is it true that rangemaster and tecnik are essentially the same company?

We recently refurbished our kitchen and bought a Tecnik range cooker and hood , a Tecnik dishwasher, and a Tecnik fridge.
I was told that the appliances were manufactured by Bosch for Tecnik and looking at Bosch appliances bought by friends, they are almost identical apart from the nameplate.

After a few months the hotplate on the range stopped working. A call was made to Tecnik who sent out an engineer the next day who said a soldered joint had separated on the element. A new one was immediately fitted (at no cost to us). Apart from this incident the other appliances have been working hard without complaint and I would certainly recommend Tecnik.
