For me it has to be those who work in estate agencies.

Have been today to get as many details as possible of 2 bedroomed terraced houses, for a friend who wants to move into the area.She has the cash to purchase, is not complicated in having to sell a property, so it seems easy!!!
Result ,have a mountain of property details ranging from 4 bed detached to 1 bed flat. plus an equal mountain of rental properties.

Is 2 bed terraced , so hard to understand.?
