Mothballs

I'm having a problem buying moth balls, can anyone suggest something I can use instead ?

We use cedar wood discs. They're circles of cedar wood which sit on the top of your coat hangers. Apparently the moths don't like the vapors they give off. We bought them in a local hardware store.
