Can I be forced to sell my house

My ex partner and I bought a house 3yrs ago for 170k, she put 3k towards the costs of the legal fees and I paid 17k for the deposit. I have also paid the majority of the mortgage payments even when I was'nt living there. I've been living there for the last 18 months after she moved out. She is struggling to get her name removed from the mortgage, so she is asking me to sell, can she force a sale? Where do I stand?

In Court she can, if you dont buy her out.

She can't get her name taken off the mortgage unless you convince the mortgage company that you earn enough to take on the mortgage in it's entirety by yourself.
