Cheap digital camera

Hi. Can anyone recommend a cheap digital camera? I took mine out the other night and lost it. I'm pretty careless after a few drinks so I don't want anything expensive really. I would like it to have a rechargeable battery though as I know they eat up AA batteries a lot. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

How important is image quality to you? You could get a mobile with a camera on it... one less thing for you to carry about, one less thing to lose after a skinful...

I'd like it to take fairly good pics I guess but nothing extravagant. I'd prefer an actual camera. Just want something cheap though. My last one I lost was �150 and I want to go a lot cheaper than that now. Something quite hard-wearing would be ideal too as I'm a bit clumsy too! I came across a Samsung P1000. It's a bit more than I want to pay but do you know if these cameras are any good? I've always used Olympus.
