Dishwasher Failure!

I have a Bosch Dishwasher SGV53E03GB/50 and just lately it has stopped washing properly. I have checked all the filters, which are all clean and ok. Water is being pumped out, but it appears that the water coming in is not activating the rotating arms. Is there a pump which increases the pressure or is there another filter after the aquastop valve? Could it be a case of the aquastop valve failing and causing this problem? How do I determine the correct diagnostic?
