White fly on herbs

i have parsley, basil, mint and thyme growing in pots on my kitchen windowsill and they all seem to be affected by white fly. I don't want spray them with chemicals so can anyone suggest any tried and tested 'natural' pest control mehtods?

Are you sure they are white fly? not often seen on herbs in pots indoors.

If they are then you can buy yellow sticky traps to hang above which attracts them. Otherwise you will just have to clean the plants up by removing the eggs that they will have laid on the underside of the leaves.

Maybe not whitefly then but they look like white greenfly! Very small, about 1mm, and sticky things - real nuisance!
You can wash whitefly off of potted plants by washing them with warm water. Bit early for whitefly tho.
Put a pot of Marigolds next to them, apparently Marigolds give off some kind of chemical that pests don't like.
