It depends on which water company supply your water...they all have different charges...but they do charge by the cubic metre.
A cubic metre of water is 1000 litres....as you want to find out what 196 litres cost....that's approx 1/5 of a 1000..
Divide your water companys charge for a cubic metre by 5.
That will give you the approx cost of 196 litres.

If it were mine, it would be around 18p...
