I have a cultivator model number 536292522 2HP 10" I took apart the transm.and need to replace the brass worm gear its just totally worn out where can I get this part sears is no help at all of course.

Here in the U.S., we've soon found that Sears doesn't acutally make Craftsman equipment (and nothing else they sell for that matter).

Depending on how old the unit is it could have been manufactured by White Industries, J.I. Case or a whole host of other U.S. based contractors.

Often, if you go online with your Model Number and Serial Number you can locate a source for who built it. There should be a manufacturer's tag on the frame somewhere, and that might even give you the lead you need. Additionally, the transmissions are often made by yet another contractor. Look on the case of the transmission of yet another identifier data tag.. but Best of luck!
