We are just having our walls treated for rising damp. Only a small amount of platser has had to be removed. Can the walls be wallpapered immediately or do they need to dry out. The rising damp wasn't bad on the walls at all. Thanks to anyone who replies.

Once the plaster feels fully dry to the touch, it should be OK to go ahead and paper. Any damp still left in the plaster shouldn't be enough to cause any problems.
