I bought a Circulon "non stick" roasting tin which, according to the instructions is supposed to wash clean in warm soapy water. It does not and has developed a slightly rough surface at the sides of built-up deposits. How can I clean it ?

Spray it with oven cleaner, leave it a while then it should all come off. Non stick surfaces work much better if they are lightly creased with olive oil every time you have washed them.
