Advice required...

We live in a flat in Scotland and have a shared garden between 9 flats. There are another 2 blocks of 9 flats on either side of us, each with their own gardens. The land between all 3 is open with no fences etc, so anyone can walk round the back of the property. We have a factor who looks after the property.

The problem is, we've just bought and erected an 8ft trampoline for our 5 year old daughter. It's been placed at the further point from the flats, away from windows etc. So far nobody has complained and to be honest, I'm not sure they will. But my parents are concerned that other children find this trampoline when wandering through the gardens and decide to have a shot. This obviously runs the risk of them injuring themselves on our property in a shared garden.

Where would we stand legally about people being on private property in this sort of situation.

Please help...any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
