Unwanted paint!!!

Hi Does anyone know how I can get emulsion paint off brown replacement windows please?

No go, tried it, along with a worn green washing sponge, wooden lollypop stick and hairdrier. The frame is like woodgrain so not smooth.

white spirit/paint stripper is for oil based paint...may work but I think emulsion is water based, so washes off.

Wish it would wash off, but it seems stuck like glue on it. Have tried cold to hot, with soap and without but the spots and smudge remain ingarined ,

have you tried cif cream? that brought old emulsion paint off
white replacement window frames.

ethandron you have cracked it. The old remedies are still the best. Put neat on cloth and rubbed - off it came and no dulling down on the plastic ( like the worn green scourer did.) If I knew where you where I would buy you a drink. My deepest thanks as I was beginning to get worried it would never come off.
