Recommendation for plumber in Teesside area?

Can anyone recommend a reliable, careful, trustworthy plumber in the Teesside area. I require a two bathrooms fitted/plumbed (everthings bought) just need someone to fit them - unfortunately the last time I had someone (one of the recommended plumbers from b*thstore) he did such a terrible job, I am still suffering today from his shoddy/disgraceful workmanship. The list is endless where he either didn't do the work properly or finish the job completely - in the end (he took forever) I was just grateful to see the back of him. I can't have him back to remedy his mistakes either as I don't trust him (and he scares me).
I wish there was a way I could name and shame him so that other people are not victims too, I know that sounds bitter but yesterday I found to my dismay that he hadn't even screwed the toilet to the floor tiles so when my son sat on the edge it tipped over and dislodged the soil pipe...sorry, just venting my still acute anger...any recommendations would be fabulous.
