Dusty looking goldfish

I have a pond with about 14 goldfish. Some of them are looking as though they are dusty. That is the only way that I can explain it. I would be grateful if anyone has any ideas.

Sounds like water-slime - harmless. Is it a static pond?

Not really, I have a fountain and a filter with separate pumps.
Could it be ''White Spot''? Can appear as many small white dots, usually starts around the gills... can also look like this:

It's a fungal infection that you can get treatments for...
Sounds like it may be oodinium, Try a google search, it is treatable with copper based treatments.
