Magimix Ice cream maker

Hi -I am holidaying at home and its raining. So naturally :-) I thought I would make sorbet with the blackberries I picked yesterday BUT I havent used my Magimix model 11031 for years and cant find the instruction book - can anyone tell me how much mix I should put in it and how I stop it sticking to the side of the churn I know I can make it by stirring it manually but as I have given the machine cupboard room for the last 11 years I thought I would use it !!
