Rusty boiler overflow stain

I have an ugly stain that runs down the front wall of my house. It looks like a previous owner had a boiler overflow problem as it starts at the pipe overflow area and gradually gets bigger as it moves downwards. It's kind of a rusty colour and does not scrub off. Any ideas how to get rid?
