Hi, i need some information if anyone may be able to help, we have a large 4 bed house with a totally seperate self contained 2 bed annexe adjoined, we were talking to our neigbour this morning, as our house is for sale she was thinking about Care in the community and that there are young adults that have problems and need to learn to live on there own, and she thought maybe our house would be an ideal place for them to learn to support themselves while Social workers could live in the main part of the property and be on hand to assist, where if anywhere would i contact to see if they would be intersted in purchasing our property. Any help/advice appreciated. Thank you

I think you approach your local authority initially, they did this in the old vicargae in my old street, it has been running very smooth;ly for 10 years now. There have to be multiple occupancy regulations in place too i think.,
HI, there is more to this than meets the eye, Fire Doors, Smoke Alarms linked to the main elec, hiosts if need be & many many other thing, as said.
