Uploading photo's on Facebook.

I'm suddenly having problems uploading my pictures to Facebook. I have the latest Java thingy, I select the pictures I want to upload. Then it take a few minutes and runs through the pictures one by one, then it says upload failed!!
Its driving me crackers! I've done it succesfully before. Now, the only way it will let me is the the old 5 at a time way which takes forever.

Any ideas?? Thanks
