When I first read this headline I thought it was another global warming measure.

But now it is just to save money, now we know the real reason for all this Global warming lie, it's all to do with money.

Probably both.

Only a fool would use 5 times more electricity to light a room than someone using a energy saving lightbulb. If you apply that kind of cost saving and cut energy waste at the same time everyone is a winner.

Hey, we might need to build one less Nuclear power station if needless energy waste is seriously tackled.

When ALL the shops in ALL the shopping malls whose lights are blazing 24/7 and Floodlight Football is banned, that's when I will consider using a low energy bulb.

its much more responsible to always use energy savings bulbs, it lowers our bills and carbon footprint.
