Anyone tried growing it? It usually needs an apple tree. We have a laurel tree, would it grow ok on that?

One of the best trees is apple.
To grow mistletoe on a tree you need to cut a slit in the bark, peel it back, rub in the mistletoe berry.Fold back the bark and let nature take it's course.
Sadly you will now have to wait between 10 and 15 years for a sizeable crop of mistletoe!
Personally I thinks it's easie,and cheaper,to buy it!
Sorry.
