Hi

Need some help please! I am getting married in nine weeks, and I need to lose another stone and a half!

I have been sticking to my diet plan for a month now and half only lost 2lbs!!!

I have a breakfast bar in the morning, soup for my lunch and a weight watchers meal for my dinner. This is what I have every night apart from Sunday when I have a cooked dinner.

I go to the gym 4 nights a week, once with a personal trainer and the other 3 nights I go for a walk.


I cant understand why I am not losing weight and I am running out of ideas and time!.

Any advice or thoughts would be great!!!!

Have you measured yourself? Muscle weighs more than fat per square inch so you could realistically weigh much the same but be considerably thinner and more toned.
A stone and a half in 9 weeks is not realistic - your skin would probably be awful and you'd feel unwell if you achieved it.
maybe you need to get your metabolism moving faster. have you considered adding some fruit and veg?

I think your expectations are quite high considering the time left. just make sure your dress fits properly, and good luck :o)
muscle weighs more than fat so try not to obsess with that. measure yourself instead and you will be suprised. Ps good luck with your wedding and have a great day xxx
