Just moved into new property and have found a centipede one morning in the kitchen sink then a couple of mornings after found another one also in the sink! Is it coming from the pipes below or could they possibly be falling from the ventilation vents above the sink?
Never experienced this before! Would pouring bleach down the sink at night stop the centipedes from appearing?

I don't know much about Centipedes in the British Isles (I'm assuming you live in the UK) but here in Spain there are a couple of species that are nasty buggers and can be harmful to pets. I would try to ascertain which species they are and then take the appropriate action to rid yourself of them.
If they're those great big orange crispy looking ones with only about 20 legs - careful, they bite. You might just have to spray Raid on them.
i got goose bumps just reading this

this might seem random... but did you get/buy any new plants when you moved in? I bought a pot plant that brought an invasion of millipede type things with it :-(
