Why does my Central Heating Feed and Expansion Tank keep overflowing? I have checked the Ball Valve which is fine. The system appears to be forcing water back up to the tank resulting in a constant dripping.

If the drip i constant then the level must be being topped up. Try bending the arm of your ballcock downwards by an inch or so.
