Condensation how do you deal with

WE are drowning from condensation on the windows to condensation dripping from the Toilet cistern ,I understand the reasons ,but how can I deal with this water .

Buy a dehumidifier and open some windows?

My local council would tell me more heat and more ventilation. Try a dehumidifier, possibly rented initially to see if it makes a difference, open a window when or immediately after using the bath or shower.

Fit a timed extractor fan in your bathroom, that runs when you turn the light on and a few minutes after.

don't use a humidifier with your windows open. defeats the object,see instructions if you buy one ive had one for years very good performance especially in winter
key to keep condensation at bay ventilation most of all in kitchen /bathroom -
its cheaper than humidifier too, and there not cheap to run, mine is 500watts oer hour it mounts up if its on for hours

of course that should read de-humidifier not humidifier

I had the same problem. In the summer the windows are always open so no problem there. However the winter was a serious problem so I bought a de-humidifier and keep it on overnight. It's amazing (and quite alarming) just how much water it collects overnight. I don't have any condensation problems now.
