2 Answers
i have a boundary wall which on the pavemant side is approx 6 feet high and from inside my propety is approx 10 feet ie garden is lower than pavement. The wall below pavement level to ground is in good condition no bowing and is vertical and straight. the section of wall from pavement level upwards
is bowing , not vetical and needs replacing. At the base of the wall on the pavement side cracks are appearing what would this be classed as for an insurance claim ? subsidense would be the entire wall may be bad work- manship
any help, advice would be great
