does anyone know how to explain how to use one? i have no idea and desperately want to make some blinds

Best suggestion is to see what your local adult education facility offers. I know how to use a sewing machine but camnnot imagine how to teach it over the net.  Also, I've just thought, have you tried googling for an instruction video or dvd or even a book? Amazon might be a good place to start. Hope this helps
