Coriander, mint and rosemary neded different conditions Mint likes damp shade, rosemary sun and a free draining soil and coriander likes whatever parsley likes... so you won't please al three in one window box, Depends on where the pots are going

For shade begonias and impatiens ferns and ivies and red and green baby lettuces for sun gazanias petunias, silver leaf, tomato plants lobelia, variegated thyme and purple basil, mesembryanthemum

for anywhere asters, antirhinums, coleus, alyssum, fuschias, lysymachia, bacopa, swan river dauisies, nasturtiums , perillia, nicotiana and sprinkle sonme night scented stock amongst them too Pansies and violas
buy impatiens in bulk from b and q and plant them everywhere, hard to beat, easy to grow, will tolerate bad weather and do not need dead heading.

some mega bargains for patio furniture at the moment, many retailers offering half price, have seen top deals in argos and focus
Pounstretcher / Instore or whatever they're calling themselves now had a silver and blue set - table, 6 chairs, and a parasol - for £70. Might get some myself.

We've got our herbs in a big pot by the back door so we can just snip off what we need.
