I have stains on a garden wall caused by paint from a fence that was against it.

Have tried grafitti remover. Did'nt work, as I have been told it is acid based.

Neighbour doesn't want the brickwork painted as half the wall is his.

B and Q said there is nothing you can do.They suggested I rub brick on the stains..

Any suggestions/

I've just been hanging around in Crosswords Cruci!

Hiring a pressure washer with a sand blasting attachment would do it if there's a lot of it.
Also, a wire wheel (brush) on the end of a power drill.
