i seem to suffer from a large buildup of static in my body, can feel my clothes sticking to me, how do i get rid of it?

Well, in North American we have this static spray called " Static Guard"...and well you just spray it on your clothing, and the static-ness goes away...i dont know about the UK though, not sure if they sell it or not!

We have the same stuff in Australia, it's called Statique, but I haven't seen it in any UK shops. You could probably get it on line, like here:

Try Bounce sheets that you put in the tumble dryer, they work on static hair
