Water put into the machine runs through into a long (plastic?) tube, divided into cup measurements. This tube now has a green mould? on its inner surface which I can't reach to clean. I've tried adding bicarb of soda to water (in various strengths), leaving it to stand for an hour or so each time and then running it through as if making coffee, but it's made no difference. I'm concerned about making the bicarb-water mixture too thick in case I bung up the machine. Any suggestions please?
Does it not say anything in your manual which came with the machine, about cleaning (or replacing) the tube? We get a mould in our water filter but we can take that apart to scrub it off.
