tiling?

my fella's having a go at tiling the bathroom, im doing his head in with my nit picking (typical woman)...anyway just wondered shoulld the tiles be flush with the ceiling or can the grout fill that gap in? or does the grout only go in between the tiles? thanks julie

The ceiling is beige, the tiles are beigy coloured marble...he is going to use brown grout and wreckons that the small gap will look good filled in with the grout to....i just cant imagine it looking right and darent say another word to him arrhhhh else he'll abandon the job altogether
If it's only 5mm, grout or silicon will cover it.
If you don't like the result, put decorative trim strip round the top.
It's best to plan the vertical spacing so that you don't end up with a full tile at the top leaving a gap that is wider than the grout line - it's better to cut the top tiles to fit to the ceiling leaving a grout line width - but not flush to the ceiling.
