Can anyone please tell me how to empty my e.mail bin in virgin mail. I use outlook express, but every now and then I check virgin and usually have 50 - 75 conversations as they term them, I delete all but would like to know if there is a facility to empty the bin as there is with O.E? Otherwise are they piling up somewhere???? TIA rosy

Look for a folder called deleted items or if that doesn't exist then look for an option to purge deleted items on the edit menu.

Thank you Chuck for replying. Can't find any deleted items folder. Can't get any sense out of the Jenni, the robot lady either!!! She just says ' as the deleted items are now stored in the deleted folder I must empty it regularly, but doesn't say where it is! Can't find any mention of purge either. Woe is me.......rosy
Try looking on the lefthand side. There is a list of items, click the dropdown arrow next to "4more" and there is Bin and Spam which can be emptied. Is that what you were wanting?
