Find a good, experienced local landscaper who is also capable of drawing up a basic design. Most are self taught and will provide a perfectly good and interesting design that will be included in the job. There was a glut of 'Garden Designers' pop up with their local College Certs, following the popularity of Ground Farce etc., but many soon realised that making a living out of it was nigh on impossible.
