If you are sure that it will not be disturbed again, it may be safer to leave it in-situ. Will there be a need to drill into it for general construction or electrical work? If not then I would leave it.
I am starting an asbestos removal company in the new year and I know quite a bit about it. I would personally leave it unless you want a firm to come and get rid which will cost a lot.
theres nothing needing to be done to it. new wooden beams are going up but not disturbing it and all electrical work wont be near it
we have some damp proofing rubber type stuff. we were thinkin to glue it over the cracked area or just to leave the crack open and the kingspan and plasterboard will be enough to cover it?
