Which Flue liner should i use for a wall mounted open flue boiler???
Mounted in the utility room downstairs

A very strong one. Open flue boilers should only be used as a last resort.

you cannot use a flue liner if it is exposed, they are only used for lining chimneys i.e. with a back boiler. your boiler would need a twin wall metal flue liner and you would need to consult the boilers instruction manual for the correct type.
also, bearing in mind the dangers of open flued appliances this work needs to be carried out by a gas safe registered engineer, not a job for D.I.Y
