Is your roof thatched?
Get a cat, mine is a great moth-catcher.
My grandmother had a cat who was a great moth-catcher - he would catch them outside, bring 'em in, open his mouth, and let them out unharmed ....
Our lovely black cat used to catch mice, spiders and moths, but now 7 year old Corky ignores them, I can only assume he has taken early retirement!
They sometimes feed on dry seeds - someone I know had them appearing in her bucket of bird seed! On closer examination, there was a sort of fine 'webbing' on the surface of the seed, with tiny caterpillars suspended in it. - they then hatched into the little moths that you are encountering! I suspect they have found a nice food source and are now hatching out.
