yes tried it for the first time and it wasnt very good at drying but main problem the huge puddle out the back I read the booklet and it said water would not fill the container in the top on the first two drys. But thats because the water has to fight gravity up a pipe to get to the container, which all makes sense. But the water as made very little head way up the pipe becasue it is emptying on the floor instead. The machince is a brand new hotpoint. It was installed by landlord. I think possibly the pipe up to the container on top might be lose at the bottom of the machine. Has anyone else struggled with this or can offer any advice?

a condenser dryer will not be connected to the mains water as there is no need to provide water to the machine. My one filled the container from the first go so I am not sure why it would not do this or where the water would go on the first two goes?

If your landlord has installed it then contact him if it is not working properly.
