LOOSE HINGE ON D.Glazed .UPVC Patio door

I have a loose hinge on the door frame, can i access it without taking it off the hinges. there is a hinge part on the door which has a small cover over it, there is a access hole on the end . Is it possible to undo this part with a allen key ? as if I could removed it I would be able to tighten the screws on the hinge.

Put some close up piccies on. The hinges are adjustable, large allen screw underneath, little one on side to clamp it.
