Does anyone know roughly how much it would cost to completely re-pebbledash an average semi in the London area, thanks

Why?
I'd think twice about it - people avoid buying a pebbled-dashed house, as it's tricky to remove and most people hate it.

well the house, as are practically all the houses in our street, is already pebble-dashed. It needs to either be re-done or something else done to it, but to keep in character with the houses in the area etc, we would like it repebble-dashed and just wanted a rough ball park figure to budget for.

ElsieD are you sure you aren't confusing pebbledashing with stonecladding? I can understand why people don't like stonecladding, but have not heard of people avoiding buying houses that are pebble-dashed.

Jules - I can't give you any advice on price, but thought I'd add that our house is half brick half pebbledash. We have never had any problems with damp, etc.

Stone cladded houses should be obliterated!

I mean the stone cladding, not the people in them!
