Small TV (with Freeview) needed - any recommendations?

Hi everyone - we want to buy a small tv for my mother's bedroom. It must be Freeview enabled. Can anyone recommend any particular model? My budget is between £100 and £150.

Any new TV currently on sale will have Freeview built in. (Some parts of the country have been 'digital only' for quite some time now).
