Oil Stain on wall

How do i get rid of an oil stain on a wall. I cleaned the surface first with soap and warm water, then I've painted it over.

Now the paint has dried and the stain is still visible.

Any advice on how to get rid of this stain?

Use an oil based undercoat on it first.

Or some Thompson's Sealer (B&Q)
