Hello, At present we have our condenser boiler installed in the garage. Would it be possible to relocate it to the utility room, This has a single skin wall and would need to be strengthened- would this work do you think or is it a non starter?. Thank you in advance for your advice.

This is a wall mounted .. and not a 'utility' boiler, I presume?
No problem fitting/moving to any space really .. you won't need to strengthen any walls either, unless they are lightweight panels.
You just have to think about pipework routes. Minimum is flow & return in 22mm, and a fuel supply. Also will need a multicore cable feed. Use remote programmer.
............. Builder here ............ er .............. late again...........
As Al says, it'll be a monster boiler if the wall needs strengthening :o)
just one thing .......... oil or gas?

My husband has just read the replies I should have said the wall panels are light weight.
Well the boiler has (usually) a large flat bracket. There really is not much weight to carry.
