you say a few years ago but do you know what year? The details willp probably be oon the local councils planning portal and if you know the year it will be easier
Whoever did the Building Inspections would be the one to ask. If it has NHBC cover, then you'd need to call their head office. NHBC might have done the inspections.
If the local council did them, which is probably more likely, call the Planning Dept. and ask for Building Control. If it was in recent years, you'd possibly be able to speak to the guy who made the inspections.
........... good point Beds .............. sadly, in over thirty years, I've never yet come across a female Building Inspectrix. I can't think why. It would be interesting to know :o)
Ours is here TB, as is the planning officer who dealt with our recent building work. Our Architect who has been around years reckons the Council has offloaded most of the 'older' experienced planning officers and replaced them with young 'cheaper' versions fresh out of Uni who work 'to the book'.
