I initially thought (with yesterday's 53 questions) that it was just one of the usual trolls but the question actually reads like a genuine one and, having known people with OCD, it occurred to me that it was at least as likely a reason for the multiple posts.

So I decided to post an answer so that the questioner might be aided (and so that we'd not see the 'Recent posts' box showing the same question coming up over and over again!)
