Which lanes are normal and infected with sickle cell anaemia and why in my gel electrophoresis
1 Answers
Hi
I had a lab class which I now have to write up a lab report on. We were required to load 6 DNA samples into the gel tray and run an electrophoresis. The question I have to answer is 'Which is the carrier and which is the infected'. Then I have to explain why.
The problem is they have never explained this to us before therefore I just dont know and cant find anything of any help on the internet.
