The septic tank covers wastewater from the home until strong flotsam and jetsam settles at the base of the tank (the muck layer) and lighter waste, for example, oil, ascends to the top to shape the rubbish layer. Between the two layers lies cleared up fluid, which streams into an outlet pipe and is bit by bit disseminated through a drain field.
