Which web browser are you using?
Firstly, please turn your Caps Lock off.

Secondly, please tell me that the "man from India" didn't call you because he'd detected that your Broadband was running slow...
I think you've been a victim of a scam. Change all your passwords immediately. NEVER listen to people who ring you to tell you your connection is running slowly, even although they claim to be from BT. They are unscrupulous rogues.
As Mark and Canary say this is most likely to be a scam. her has been a warning in our local daily paper about this chap from some distant land. I received a similar call and was told that I had to switch on my computer and when the desktop icons appear he would be able to help me remove a virus!!! I was only on the telephone at the time and computer was not on. At this point I put the phone down. The report in the paper suggests that he asks you to open certain programme and then type in a number he gives you and at that point he has control of your cursor. Be aware everyone.
